We had a appointment and we was going to be late by 10 minutes and they said unless your only 5 minutes late we can’t cut your hair rang them and messaged them we was stuck in traffic and they refused to cut hair , will not use them again

Great service from Maisie. She done a colour correction and spent time going through the options and advised what she thought was best suited. Really pleased with the outcome. Maisie is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable and at ease straight away. I’ve also used her for a cut and was very pleased. Highly recommend
